The Ministry of Education and Training has issued the 2027 university and college admissions plan, under which candidates register their preferences from 1/7. The Ministry also issued a new circular on higher education support personnel, alongside information on education data, AI applications and international cooperation.
The Ministry of Education and Training issued Circular 90/2026/TT-BGD&ĐT dated 22/10/2026 on standards, working regime and salary grading for higher education support personnel. At the same time, education media reported on the role of vocational training linked to employment support for certain specific groups.
The Ministry of Education and Training is seeking comments on the draft Circular issuing regulations on receiving students at initial levels, under which the entrance exam for grade 10 is expected to have only two subjects. In parallel, the Ministry continues to refine the exam fraud prevention mechanism under Directive 37/CT-TTg.
